Our Story
PASIM™ was founded by Francene Mullings, a digital marketing trainer and consultant who saw a common problem: small businesses and trainers drowning in scattered strategies, expensive tools, and inconsistent results.
She created PASIM™ as a practical, simplified system that works for solo entrepreneurs as well as councils running funded business support. Her work with Hammersmith & Fulham Council showed that when people learn in a structured, supportive environment, they don’t just understand marketing — they apply it to win in their markets.
